Do you charge for travel?
Yes, for areas outside of a 10 km radius from Ulladulla will incur a one time travel cost $50.
Do you deliver & pick up the linen?
Yes, we will deliver your linen to your accommodation before 2:00pm & leave your order at the front door. You will receive a text message with a photo to let you know your linen has been delivered. We will pick up your linen on your departure date. Please make sure the laundry bags are outside the front door ready for pick up. If you are having a late checkout, please let us know – 0410686948
What is the latest I can book linen?
We require 48 hours to prepare your linen for delivery. Bookings will need to be made at least two days prior to the delivery date.
When ordering is there a deposit to pay?
Yes a $100.00 deposit will be included in your order. The deposit will be refunded in 2 business days after we have received the linen back. If there is any linen missing, you will incur a charge to replace missing items.
Is ordering done on the website?
Yes it is. We offer up to 7 Day packs or up to 14 day packs. All linen packs are labelled for you and put in orange laundry bags. You will receive an A4 information sheet with what you need to do on pickup.
What areas do you service?
Ulladulla, Mollymook, Narrawallee, Milton, Lake Conjola, Bendalong, Manyana, Cunjurong Point, Kings Point, Burrill Lake, Dolphin Point, Lake Tabourie.
Do you do bed making?
No sorry. We are a drop off and pick up service.
Do you have double bed sheets & are they fitted?
No, we do not have fitted sheets. All our sheets are commercial quality and are flat sheets. Sorry we do not have double bed sheets. We have King, Queen and single bed sheets our single sheets will fit a king single.
How do we know what size bed packs are?
All our linen packs are labeled our bed packs have sheets, pillowcases and bath towels. Bath Packs have hand towel and bath mat. We also offer kitchen tea towels and pool towels.
Do you have white towels?
No sorry. All our towels are charcoal grey except for pool towels that are white with a green stripe.
